Asked Questions

Q:       Where is the Village at Sandhill Community Room located?
A:        The Community Room is located at 499 Town Center Place next to JC Penney.

Q:        How much does it cost to rent the Community Room?
A:        The price to rent the community room is $500.00 per day.

Q:        May I have access to the Community Room a day earlier than the date of my reservation to setup up the room? 
A:        To gain access to the Community Room before or after your reservation date, you will be required to pay the daily room rate of $500.00.

Q:        What is included in the use of the Community Room?
A:        The room includes twenty 8 ft. tables, eighty-five folding chairs, Wi-Fi,
kitchenette, Men’s and Women’s restroom, refrigerator, two sitting areas with couches and chairs, and two executive tables and chairs. Please see the following fee schedule for additional services.

Q:        May we bring in additional tables and chairs into the Community Room?
A:        If your event requires more tables and chairs than Village at Sandhill offers, you may bring them in at an additional cost to you.  All items must be removed from the Community Room at the end of the reserved date. 

Q:        How many people can the Community Room hold?
A:        The Community Room will accommodate 300-350 people; 200 people in a classroom setting.
           
Q:        Can we bring our own food into the Community Room?
A:        All food brought into the Community Room must be purchased from a Village at Sandhill restaurant, proof of receipt or contract is required.

Q:        Are we allowed to cook in the Community Room?
A:        Cooking is not allowed inside or outside of the Community Room.  Crock pots or warming plates are acceptable with prior approval. 

Q:        Can we have a DJ?
A:        Yes, as long as the music is not at a level to disturb Village at Sandhill retailers and residents.   

Q:        Is Alcohol or smoking allowed in the Community Room?
A:        Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited.
