To save your date for the Community Room, please fill out and submit the form below. You will be contacted for approval. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
All requests are subject to approval by the VAS Director of Property Management
Food must be catered by VAS restaurants
VAS must receive full payment and contract in order to reserve room
Payments will only be accepted in the form of check
All dates are subject to availability and cannot be reserved more than 90 days in advance
May be reserved 8AM-11PM
Alcohol and Smoking Prohibited
The room may not be reserved for political, religious or controversial use
