Currently, three large retail centers comprise the Village:
The Forum – an array of leading large merchants representing home furnishings, electronics, cosmetics and fragrances, and other merchandise categories,
The Marketplace – a convenience center anchored by a 62,000 square foot upscale grocer – Super BILO, along with an impressive selection of merchants and restaurants.
The Town Center has a Main Street entrance between these two centers. Home to the finest lifestyle retailers and leading restaurants, the Town Center offers pleasurable shopping together with the enjoyment of live entertainment, cultural and holiday events and community activities.
The complex itself is over 300 acres in size. When the development of Village at Sandhill is fully complete, the entire complex will feature a complementary mix of retail, residential, recreational, hospitality, sports, commercial office, and perhaps medical office venues in one grand lifestyle campus.
